Adorable little wooden garlands to be used as wedding decorations. They’re in white, but I reckon you could easily paint them if you wanted them to match your wedding colour scheme.
Little wooden letters and hearts which stretch about 90 cms.
£4.50 including postage and as always message me for orders or questions – lucy@mybunting.co.uk!

Well now that our wedding is in the past and we’ve had the honeymoon and I’ve written all the thank you cards and I’ve got the dress dry-cleaned… weddings are pretty much out of my system! Well almost…. I still love looking at some great wedding pics. And the new Mrs Verguld sent me this of her wedding marquee complete with the bunting I made her. She’s actually hung the bunting against some purple netting and I know that that is in the colour of her bridesmaids and it really makes the bunting stand out against the background. I really hope they both had a wonderful day! xxx

I made these for a friend of mine from work for her wedding that was at the amazing Stoke Rochford Hall in Lincolnshire. A beautiful and really elegant wedding and Clare had the most stunning dress – at the back it had a lovely low rolled back that sort of gathered together into her train. I’m really not explaining it well, but it was stunning.
Anyway, here was my attempt at some equally elegant bunting. I made one length for the top table that read Clare & James and then I made a couple more plain lengths so that Clare could add them hither and thither in the venue. I think she said she was going to add them to the front of the bar. And for this… and hopefully it proved useful. The flowers were those hairclip flowers you can buy and I added the lace after. So the plan was that Clare could sellotape them to whatever was to hand and then the hairclips were removable, so she could then clip them into place to hide the sellotape! It seemed like a genius plan and let’s hope it was!!

For a white wedding!
I was so panicked making this bunting. How on earth do wedding dress makers cope? I pricked my finger and I nearly threw the letters across the sitting room so I didn’t get blood on it! Now that wouldn’t do would it! A lovely white length of bunting with red polka dots of my blood on it!!

And for the same doggy themed wedding, here’s a little string of bunting to be hung over the sweet table! the best table in the room!!!

Okay, so it’s not the best title for a blog ever, but I couldn’t think of anything else!!
Well, this is for a lady after my own heart. I’m not sure if I asked her if her dogs were going to be bridesmaids at her own wedding, but I hope so!

And here’s my table plan board. All the cards are held on by little wooden pegs and I’ve decorated it with flowers and ladybirds.

No doubt I’ll become a wedding-bore really quickly, but I have some amazing memories of the day and some fantastic photos to share, courtesy of my very artistic friends!
These are the wedding signs I made to point the way and I collected tonnes of jam jars and filled them with tea lights and dotted them around the garden.

We finally did it!
We had an absolutely amazing day. I don’t think the stupid grin came off my face all day. Just amazing and so overwhelming.
