This bunting design came direct from the customer, I did absolutely nothing! She asked for denim and she asked for yellows and oranges for the lettering. So bingo! Here it is. And I happened to have the little felt stars in reds, oranges and yellows, so I added those as well. And I absolutely love it. So vibrant and perfect for a little boy's bedroom. And this is what Luca's mum had to say, "Thank you so much for all the work you put into it, it is lovely and has been beautifully made & I will pass your details onto all my friends. xAmi" Thanks Ami!!!...

Yeah, I know I'm not great at the embroidery, but it's legible right? And I love the idea that you can add a little personal message to the bunting, especially if it's being given as a gift for a christening. I so want one of those embroidery machines though!! My spidery handwriting embroidery takes me forever to do!...

Cath Kidston vintage cars teamed up with the stone stars. Very cute combo for a little boy's nursery. Or a big boy's office perhaps!!!...

It really seems like we've had tonnes of bank holidays recently - not that I'm complaining! And of course, there'll be another one coming up on June 5th for Her Majesty the Queen! Apparently, there are more Jubilee street parties registering than there were for the Royal Wedding. So if you're planning something, or if like us, there's a little bit of a quiet competition going on on your street to deck the front of your house out with union jack bunting, then look no further! Union Jack bunting on sale through My Bunting, but with a lovely vintage floral fabric style, which will really stand ou...

Lovely colours for a neutral nursery and I was asked to include two little teddy bears either end. I love making these padded letters, but each letter is cut out by hand and it's entirely hand stitched. So as you can imagine, it takes me forever to make! So fiddly, especially when you've got to stuff little teddy bear arms!...

Well, no. But I’m still working my way through putting up photos of all the work I did over Christmas and this was one of them. I had some lovely Scandanavian style fabrics this year to work with and I added little holly leaves to each one.

Leftovers from Christmas still…. ha, pictures I didn’t have a chance to post up after the mad Christmas bunting rush. Pretty Scandanavian style fabric from Fabric Rehab.

Lovely Christmas Bunting with felt holly leaves – it was a  bit too long for my photograph though!

And the last of my Christmas range is all finished – red and green fabric with stars. Although I could perhaps make it all in red or all in green if you preferred. Again it’s for sale through my website shop.

Mum has just suggested that this could be hung above a nativity scene! Golden stars on green, red and cream. Like all my bunting, I’m happy to make to your requirements, so if you wanted just red, or just cream, or just green, then let me know. I can even change the colour of the ribbon as well. Just email me at lucy@mybunting.co.uk.

I love the tale of why we have poinsettias at Christmas, so was so pleased to find some fabric in cream and red covered in the lovely flowers. I’ve mismatched this one with the cream and red fabric, but I could make it for you just in cream or just in the red material. Just ask! All my Christmas fabrics are £4.50 a metre and 2metres will just about do to hang on a book case or over a door or across a fireplace. Longer lengths are available though.

I think I’m right in saying that this fabric is very Scandanavian in style. It’s a gorgeous cotton fabric and it’s sewn double sided as usual so that you see the trees (the right way up) on both sides! This order is for the lovely Jenna, but I do have a small amount of this fabric left, enough for a little 2metre length, so shout out if you’d like some!
